Mountain bike trails at Sunfish Lake Park

Sunfish Lake Park, located at 10000 Stillwater Avenue N, is considered by many to be the crown jewel of the Lake Elmo park system, an important symbol of the quiet, rural character of Lake Elmo. The first European settlement in Lake Elmo was located near this park, and it is here that the assembly met, creating the township that is now the City of Lake Elmo. Sunfish Lake Park also features approximately five miles of one-way, single-track mountain biking trails. These trails are maintained by the Minnesota Off-Road Cyclists Organization and are groomed and open for winter fat-tire biking! Managing organization: City of Lake Elmo. MORC added mountain bike trails in 2020 with city support; continued improvements since. Approximately 5 official miles of one-way singletrack.
